Junior Race Week 2012

Monday 20th August to Friday 24th August

Junior Race Week is a fantastic introduction to racing or an ideal opportunity to hone your racing skills. Some 80 young sailors took part in the week of dinghy racing in St Mawes Harbour in 2011 and we expect to have similar numbers this year.

Racing takes place each morning with a briefing on Sunday 19th August for sailors and parents. At the end of the week we usually have a BBQ on Summers Beach. Parents man rescue boats, assist the race officer, manage sign on/off and heaps of other jobs both on and off the water.
