1963 Kim Holman Sovereign ketch

£15000.00

Where? St Mawes

Here we have a very reluctant sale of my beloved floating home LIBRAE. She is a 1963 Kim Holman Sovereign ketch (sail no. 1). Librae has been in St Mawes for over 60 years, and shes a beautiful solid old sailing boat. I am selling up due to work and not being able to spend as much time on her as Id like.
She has everything you need to eat, keep warm, sleep and charge your electronics. She has had some modifications done to her interior to make her more liveaboard friendly but this has not affected anything structural to the yacht. I have tried to keep her as original as possible but made a few mods for comfort, she has everything you need to live and sail.
I have listed below some specifications and equipment that she will come with.
A full SURVEY was conducted in August 2023, and she was out of the water for a week for some more heavy duty tlc, the hull and all the wood was very solid with no rot. If youre interested I can send this over to you.
Any questions whatsoever please feel free to message me. Looking for a fast sale, due to work restrictions, so open to price negotiations.
I would love her to go to a home which will give her the life she deserves being such an old girl.

Any questions whatsoever please feel free to message me.
Open to viewings by appointment, she is currently on a swinging Mooring in St Mawes
Hope to hear from you soon
