Thursday 30th January: 2000 hrs. Talk by Tim Rowley Chair of Cornwall Offshore Group Series who will be celebrating the 25th season of COGS. Tim will talk about what it is, its history, how it functions now and what they have planned for 2025. COGS races are not just for keen racers, the format is also suitable for cruising boats.
