Welcome to St Mawes Sailing Club, a lively and friendly sailing and racing club

We are one of the leading sailing clubs in the south-west of England, with a very active RYA recognised Junior Sail Training section and several competitive One Design racing fleets.  Located in the beautiful Fal Estuary, we are lucky enough to be able to sail in an area of outstanding natural beauty.


The Club runs events throughout the sailing season, with racing from May to October and social events throughout the year.  Besides the iconic Falmouth Work Boat fleet, St Mawes has active racing fleets of Ajax, Rustler/Pipers and St Mawes One Design, all of which can be seen participating in racing on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings.  We welcome visiting sailors and their families and encourage regular participation in all of the Club’s activities.

RNLI Coffee Morning

The Roseland RNLI invites you to their coffee morning on Weds 8th April between 1030 - 1230 at St Mawes Sailing Club.  There will be yummy home made cakes and hot/cold drinks. The raffle has some fantastic prizes donated by local businesses.
