Tresanton Classics - Entries Open

This is the 6th year of the Tresanton Classics regatta, which is hosted by St Mawes Sailing Club.  The regatta celebrates the iconic design of Hotel Tresanton's magnificent 8-metre classic yacht PINUCCIA, with a single Harbour race on 18 July from 2-4pm, starting from the region of Tavern beach.  Besides a handicap yacht class for boats similar to Pinuccia, there are separate classes for Rustler Pipers, Sunbeams, Ajax and IF boats.  The winner of each class will receive a £100 meal/drinks voucher and a bottle of champaign courtesy of Hotel Tresanton - so a good incentive!  There are also second and third prizes for each class of a bottle of St Mawes gin provided by Mr Scorse and a £20 voucher from Riggers UK.  Besides these generous sponsors, the event is also supported by Penrose Sails, SKB Sails and Colins Sailmakers.  All proceeds from the event go to the Roseland Youth Sailing Trust.
